Delivery information

    2. We work with DPD so that you will receive regular notifications about your order and can track your box to your door.
      On the day of delivery, DPD will send you a notification with a one-hour delivery slot. You can then choose to deliver your parcel to a safe place/neighbour, change the delivery day or send the parcel to your nearest collection centre for you to collect at your convenience.

      Deliveries may experience some delays over public holidays. We will do our best to keep you up to date with the latest information on your order.

        2. What happens if I’m not going to be at home for my specified delivery slot?
          We want to make your life simpler and don’t believe in having you wait around for your order. If you are not going to be in, then DPD will allow you to choose your preferred delivery option and you will be able to either:
          - Leave at specified neighbour's address.
          - Leave in a designated safe space.
          - Deliver on a different date.
          - Collect your box from a local DPD drop off point.

          1. What happens if I miss my delivery?
          2. Due to a new DPD policy, if you miss your delivery on the first attempt, your order will be sent to your local DPD pick-up shop for collection. If you're not going to be in on the day of your delivery, we'd advise you to re-schedule your delivery using DPD's platform here.

        3. Next Day Delivery Excludes the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands*

        4. Orders are sent with DPD next business day service.

        5. Cut off for next day delivery is 4pm Monday to Friday.

        6. Customers placing an order between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday have the option between Express Saturday Delivery, or Next Weekday Delivery, which will arrive on Monday.
          Orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Saturday will arrive on Monday.
          Orders placed between 4pm Saturday and 4pm Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

          Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands
          Orders headed to the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands will be sent using the DPD 2 business day service.

        7. Deliveries will arrive Monday to Friday only.

        9. Why is delivery different for the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands?
          Unfortunately, due to high courier charges to these areas we are currently limited in how we get Bother boxes out to the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. We are working on finding alternatives in order to offer a more affordable delivery service to these areas in the future.

        11. Why do you no longer ship to Northern Ireland?
        12. Unfortunately, we have made the decision to pause our delivery service to Northern Ireland. Due to shipping restrictions now in place, a significant proportion of our core product ranges are prohibited for export to customers in Northern Ireland. We really hope that this is a temporary pause, but at the moment, we’re unable to give you a time frame as to how long this restriction will be in place.
