    2. What do you charge for delivery?
    3. All delivery fees are displayed in your box page and stated at checkout.

    5. Our couriers will send you regular notifications about your order and can track your box to your door.
      Deliveries may experience some delays over public holidays. We will do our best to keep you up to date with the latest information on your order.
        2. When can I expect my delivery?

        3. Orders are sent on a next business day service, unless you select our Express Saturday service.

        4. Cut off for next day delivery is 4pm Monday to Friday.

        5. Customers placing an order between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday have the option between Express Saturday Delivery or Next Weekday Delivery, which will arrive on Monday.
          Orders placed between 4pm Friday and 4pm Saturday will arrive on Monday.
          Orders placed between 4pm Saturday and 4pm Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

    1. What happens if I’m not going to be at home for my specified delivery slot?
      We want to make your life simpler and don’t believe in having you wait around for your order. If you are not going to be in, then you can specify delivery instructions with your courier or just reach out to our CS team & we can support you:

      - Leave in a designated safe space.
      - Deliver on a different date.
      - Collect your box from a local DPD drop off point.

      1. What happens if I miss my delivery?
      2. Delivery with DPD
      3. DPD will usually reschedule delivery for the next available delivery date. Please know that on occasions, due to a new DPD policy, if you miss your delivery on the first attempt, your order might be sent to your local DPD pick-up shop for collection. If you're not going to be in on the day of your delivery, we'd advise you to re-schedule your delivery using DPD's platform here.
      4. Delivery with Paack
      5. If you miss your delivery on the first attempt, Paack will rearrange delivery for the following day.
        1. Why do you no longer ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands?
        2. Unfortunately, due to high delivery charges to these areas, we have made the decision to pause our 2-day delivery service. We are working on finding alternatives in order to offer a more affordable delivery service to these areas in the future. We really hope this is a temporary pause, but at the moment, we cannot give you a time frame for how long this restriction will be in place.
