From the moment Bother began (in the not to so distant past), our aim was become a B Corp as soon as we possibly could. Joining the B Corp community means joining a group of like-minded businesses who believe that doing good business is doing business responsibly, looking after people and the planet.
It's a rigorous process (is there a more rigorous word that rigorous? There should be) where every single aspect of your business is examined to make sure you’re meeting the absolute highest standards of social and environmental excellence. Being accepted into the B Corp community at the end of 2021 (just over a year since we launched into existence) was one of our proudest moments so far and not just because it shows just how far we’ve come and the kind of good we’re doing, because it sets us on exactly the kind of path we want. To be part of a community of world-changing thinkers and business leaders, and to set ourselves a phenomenal framework (a bottom line, if you will) in which to guide every decision we make and the direction of the company as a whole. So, while a certificate is nice, for Bother, it’s just the beginning.
