Pop a bit of this in the roasting tin and get it hot while you're prepping your potatoes, and once you've given them a parboil they'll crisp up gorgeously on the outside while staying fluffy and soft on the inside.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated. This product is liquid at room temperature and solidifies when chilled.
