This duck fat can be used for all manner of cooking purposes, of course. The very best thing you can make with these though, are some truly divine roasties. Pop a bit of this in the roasting tin and get it hot while you're prepping your potatoes, and once you've given them a parboil they'll crisp up gorgeously on the outside while staying fluffy and soft on the inside.

Preparation & Usage
Our duck fat is perfect for frying or roasting your vegetables and meats. A great alternative when baking and cooking, it can simply be used instead of butter to give extra flavour to a variety of dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated. This product is liquid at room temperature and solidifies when chilled.
