Description
Here's a fun fact for you, the sprat's Latin name is Sprattus Sprattus! It's basically a sardine but smaller, and these ones are Scottish sprats, and they've been tinned in spring water so not only are they high in Omega-3 fatty acids, but they're also low in salt. Enjoy them exactly as you would the already rather small fish.
