Preparation & Usage
Chicken Casserole Fry 600g skinless chicken thighs in 1 tbsp oil, add 2 cloves garlic and 200g sliced mushrooms. Add 500ml Knorr stock and 50ml white wine. Simmer 30 mins till cooked. Stir in 2 tbsp single cream.
