As a species, we've been using ground flour since the Stone Age, and even though Matthews Cotswold Flour has been around for a little bit less time than that - 1912 to be exact - they're reliable when it comes to great quality flour for any and all purposes. This flour contains a mixture of white and malty flour, with an added treat of wheat flakes, to produce a great tasting granary loaf begging for a generous spread of butter.
