As the old saying goes, you can never have too many peppercorns. Thinking about it, we're not sure if that is a saying, but it's good to remember all the same. This tub of whole black peppercorns will keep your pepper mill fully topped up for a good grind, so that your meals can stay well seasoned. Of course, you could try these whole too, but you'd very much be on your own with that venture.
Preparation & Usage
Excite both sweet and savoury dishes with a twist of freshly ground black pepper.
Combine with mustard seeds, crushed chillies and distilled white wine vinegar for a delicious pickling spice for whole garlic cloves.
Add to a Court Bouillon with bay leaves and lemon slices and use to poach fish and seafood.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
