This tub of whole black peppercorns will keep your pepper mill fully topped up for a good grind, so that your meals can stay well seasoned. Preparation & Usage
Excite both sweet and savoury dishes with a twist of freshly ground black pepper.
Combine with mustard seeds, crushed chillies and distilled white wine vinegar for a delicious pickling spice for whole garlic cloves.
Add to a Court Bouillon with bay leaves and lemon slices and use to poach fish and seafood.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
