Description
It's about time that chocolatiers did more to address the shoddy ethics of the industry, and kudos to Tony's Chocolonely for taking up the gauntlet and providing a wonderfully tasty confection without relying on the horrid practises that other such manufacturers get involved in. This milk chocolate bar with caramel and sea salt flakes mixed in, is made from entirely Fairtrade ingredients, to make sure that their cocoa farmers don't have to go to the extreme lengths that others do to meet the low prices offered by other companies.
